Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Gatwick Assist. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Access to Lounges:

  • Lounge access is NOT included in our service prices.

Service Duration and Additional Charges:

  • All services are limited to 3 hours.
  • Additional hours will incur extra charges.

Children's Services:

  • Services are free for children under 3 years old.

Late Booking Fees:

  • Bookings made less than 24 hours before the service time will be subject to a late booking fee.

Amendment Fees:

  • Bookings amended between 6 and 12 hours before the service time will incur a 50% last-minute fee.
  • Bookings amended less than 6 hours before the service time will incur a 100% last-minute fee.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable and will be fully charged.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the service time will receive a 50% refund.

Price Changes:

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify our product prices at any time without prior notice.

Refund Requests:

  • A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount for all refund requests.

Electric Buggy Service:

  • The electric buggy service is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking.

Transit Service Charges:

  • For transit services, if the time between your selected landing flight and departure flight exceeds 3 hours, you will be charged £60 per hour. This fee is in addition to the total service price.
